workshops

Healing is a communal process, and my workshops are designed to support deep transformation through movement, reflection, and intentional practice. Grounded in a trauma-informed framework, each offering weaves together somatic techniques, nervous system tending, and embodied boundary-setting to help you reconnect with yourself. Through journaling, visualization, skills of relating, and thought work, we explore how to shift narratives, create meaning, and heal in ways that feel authentic to you. Whether we’re processing grief through the body, using hip-hop as a tool for liberation, defining core values, or healing from betrayal, these spaces invite you to move, feel, and grow with intention.

Recharge Teens

Recharge was a workshop group for teens in Leimert Park founded by Keisa Davis, R. Pinkney, and Myshell Curry. The teens learned how to produce and promote their own events that addressed the issues they wanted to address.
